This app was built for retailers by a retailer, leveraging Walmart’s years of operating experience as a Fortune 1 company. With Store Assist you’ll get mobile-first fulfillment capabilities to effectively manage all your in-store and curbside pickup orders. 

No. Your customer in-store and curbside pickup experiences will be in your brand. Our technology is white-labeled to reflect the brand experiences you want and we do not disintermediate the relationship between you and your customers.

No, your customer data is not shared with Walmart, Inc. Your data is protected using the security protocols and practices followed by Walmart. Walmart Commerce Technologies will only use merchant business data for the purposes of operating your BOPIS instance. 

In most cases, you can enable Store Assist through the mobile devices that your locations already use. Store Assist is compatible with Android and iOS devices and only requires 1GB RAM and 600MB free disk space for optimal performance.
